One Great Story: The Story of Fish
Her name is Fish. She swims and likes to wonder the great space. She also likes to pick up things with her mouth and check out how they taste like. There was one of those occasions, that one thing she picked up which she thought it would be the last for her.
It was meal time and they were all scrambling to their usual spot to look for those bits and pieces to fill their grumbling tummies. There she was again, wondering off from the school to explore special things.
Fish remembered swimming into a round opening once and hit her face at the other end. She could see the surroundings but she could not get out. She dashed frantically here and there, and realized she was stuck. Though she had the feeling that was crippling her, she gave her final attempt to swim the way she came from.
Blish! "I am free!" Fish exclaimed with great relief. That frantic swim out of the round opening found herself in a new location. In a blink, she saw something floating down from a short distance away. It looks like it was dancing. Fish quickly swam towards it and tried to taste it. The dancing motion of the thing slipped into Fish's anxious mouth and Fish looked around her wondering where that thing went.
Giving up her search, Fish swam back and rejoined her other friends.
"Oh! It is meal time again!" yelled Fish and now she was off to her exploration adventures. As she swam along, she noticed a wriggling thing coming down and it looks tasty. Fish swam swiftly to it and started to nibble on it. The next bite, she felt a tug and she felt herself in a new environment.
Flipping and flapping as Fish laid on the ground, gasping for her life and wondering what happened. She also saw many giants around her which looked different from those she saw in her adventures.
One of the giants picked her up and held her by the mouth. The giant took out that thing which Fish swallowed the other day and gave it to another giant, saying, "Here is a four-drachma coin, the tax for my Lord and me." As the crowd of giants dispersed, Fish thought to herself, "Oh! What is going to happen to me now?"
This giant still holding on to her, walked to the edge of the lake and talked to himself, "The Lord uses even fish for his purposes." The giant released Fish back into the lake and Fish swam as fast as she could, away from the surface.
Regaining her posture at a safe distance, Fish pondered, "Who is the giant referring to as 'the Lord'?"
Feeling the sense of freedom once more, Fish continued in her exploration for food and things, looking forward to how this 'Lord' shall use her in the next opportunity.
